That first dreadful week of Nofap.

It feels like Hell right? You're stuck in a vicious cycle. How to get out ?

This is my first week of Nofap. The hardest week. It's the hardest thing you'll ever do.

My existence is a living hell and you know what? I'm Responsible for that, to a huge extent. You are RESPONSIBLE for the life you're living right now.

PMO(Porn, Masturbation, Orgasm) is one of the WORST things that could've happened to you. The DEVIL did this to you. But you had it in you to quit for a long, long time. But you didn't. I didn't.

Because, Temptation, right ?

The Weapon of the Devil.

Modern Humans are unlucky, that way.

All good things in life take time to achieve. Anything worthwhile takes time to build. It doesn't come Pre-Built. You know what does come Pre-Built ?

Television Entertainment. On-Demand Entertainment. High-Speed Internet Pornography.

Indulgence in Food, Liquor, Sex and such. Everything easy, instant, and glorious.

But it never gave you happiness did it ? Or Satisfaction or lasting joy ? Or Peace ?

It was fucking Temporary. Hell, it gave you a whole host of problems and side-effects, for a fleeting glimpse at Pleasure. It trapped you.

And so, here we are.

First week.

How does one get to Day 4, Day 5, Week 2 ?

These tips might help you:-

1)Journal. Scribble down your thoughts and feelings.

2)Confess to somebody(in person or on Text), over and over. Confess to yourself. Declare- "I have sinned. I wish to change. "

3)When you're focussed on work, at any tasks, do that. Be focussed on that.

4)Go out in the morning. A long bike ride or a drive. Or a walk. Spend 1 hour each morning OUTSIDE, in Nature(hopefully there are trees and Natural places in the city you live in).

5)Eat only Fruits and Vegetables(Soup, Salads, Stew) and some lean meat/fish and nuts. For beverages, Coffee and Tea. (avoid excess sugar).

Do NOT eat any man-made modern "food" like Grains, Pizza, Pasta and such.

6)Once you feel "restless" after retaining for a few days, go out on a walk or exercise. It doesn't matter where. But avoid the gyms/places if the visuals tempt you. Use a Yoga/exercise mat at home.

7)Go out on a Trip with friends or someone who understands/knows and go sightseeing.

8)No liquor. (if you're battling multiple addictions at once, read my other Articles which will be posted shortly).

9)Know that it will get better. Focus on one day at a time.
